The sixth generation Celica was introduced initially as
only the GT Liftback with the 2.0 3S-GE engine, but was later joined by the
GT-Four and Cabriolet. The ST liftback arrived in 1995 with the 1.8 7A-FE
engine and then 2 limited edition specials that were based on it, the 25th
Anniversary in 1997 and the SR in 1998. The 96 facelift saw a different front air dam with new indicators and fog lights, and a new rear spoiler for the GT. |
